Red Dog captured the imaginations of Australians back in 2011 becoming a smash box office hit and selling truckloads of DVDs. That reference alone should tell you that we live in a different time, however, this sequel plays on the nostalgia of the first film, albeit with a completely new cast, which includes Levi Miller (Pan), Bryan Brown and Hanna Mangan Lawrence. It is written by American Daniel Taplitz. Our prediction is that it’ll wipe the competition when it’s released in Australia on Boxing Day.
