The SIFF is a not-for-profit event hosted in celebration of the wonderful oddities of the horror genre, worldwide. Our core missions are to celebrate the diversity of cinema and to bring together filmmakers and audiences who have an appreciation for horror.

The SIFF is set to run from June 2nd to June 4th. The first two nights will be hosted at the RMIT Capitol Theatre in the heart of Melbourne. The final day will take place in a cinema in RMIT Building 80.

The experience of seeing a horror film in a real theatre is greatly missed by many, and the SIFF strives to revive the community of film fanatics and filmmakers both locally and worldwide.

Join us this June at the SIFF for a truly spooky and fantastically original film festival.
