Grant Taylor (1917-71) should have been the biggest Australian film star in the world. He had it all: looks, talent, charisma, a relaxed masculinity, sex appeal, likeability and a star part in a big fat hit.
One of the best things about the ABC TV/Jungle Entertainment production, Squinters, is the ubiquitous character actor (Mr Inbetween, Down Under, Locusts, Les Norton), who returns for Season 2, sharing his daily commute with partner Jess (Justine Clarke).
