Finally, James Gunn’s DC Universe goes full Lobo! Yes, Jason Momoa’s interstellar badass gets a solid few seconds in the wildly eye-popping trailer for Craig Gillespie’s off-world epic Supergirl, starring Aussie Milly Alcock (straight up killing it here) as the titular superhero, and Superman’s cousin, for the uninitiated. It’s great to see a drunk, messed up, deeply flawed, arse-kicking female superhero, and this (unsurprisingly) looks to have more than a touch of Guardians Of The Galaxy about it, which is certainly no bad thing. Matthias Schoenaerts, meanwhile, looks excellent as villain Krem of the Yellow Hills, while the action looks appropriately exciting and balls-to-the-wall. Oh, and did anyone else get as excited as us about seeing David Krumholtz in a superhero movie? No? Okay then, fuck you.
