The Clerks director (yes, we are still referencing his first film) winds back to where his movie obsession began in this meet-cute coming-of-ager told with Kevin Smith’s trademark mix of pop culture and bawdiness. Although the top billed cast are newcomers, the supporting players read like a who’s who of the New Jersey writer/director’s filmography: Justin Long, Genesis Rodriguez, Jason Lee, Jason Biggs, Rosario Dawson, Harley Quinn Smith (as Sister Sugar Walls!), Diedrich Bader, Method Man, plus Kate Micucci, Ken Jeong, Sam Richardson and Adam Pally among many other cameos, no doubt! We’re looking at you Matt Damon and Ben Affleck.
