Shot in Queensland, this series, based on a Wondery podcast (just like the recently revealed WeCrashed), zeroes in on the truth is stranger than fiction conflict between Joe Exotic (John Cameron Mitchell) and Carole Baskin (Kate McKinnon). The supporting cast features Aussie actors such as Benedict Hardie, Nicholas Brown, Damien Garvey, Alexandra Jensen, Angie Milliken and David Wenham as Don Lewis.
