Sonya Marturano (Director) – With a rich background in Marketing and Business, Sonya began her career in children’s talent agencies, where she developed her expertise before founding her own talent agency and studio. Since joining Random Management in 2008, she has been instrumental in driving the agency’s success through her dedication to nurturing and guiding talent. Her passion for fostering growth and commitment to the entertainment industry make her a vital leader. Beyond her role at Random Management, Sonya is also the Director of Talent Box, a children’s agency, and CEO/Manager of Meraki Entertainment, further showcasing her influence and leadership in the field.
Brendan Jelley (Agent & Associate) – Brendan’s dynamic career spans roles as an Agent, Casting Director, and Communications Specialist, underpinned by his previous experience as a performer. This unique perspective from all sides of the casting process allows him to offer unparalleled support to actors in navigating their careers and shaping their personal brands. Formerly an Assistant Agent at Helen Pandos Management, Brendan joined Random Management in 2023, bringing a focus on expanding the agency’s theatre division. His client-focused approach prioritises authentic relationships and collaborative strategies to cultivate lasting and successful careers in the entertainment industry.
