Melbourne Queer Film Festival (MQFF), Australia’s largest film festival celebrating the stories of LGBTQI+ communities, is looking for a new Program Director to lead the creative direction of the festival.
MQFF attracts tens of thousands of festival-goers annually and is recognised internationally as an important platforms for queer cinema in the world. The festival runs yearly in November. It’s most recent festival in November 2022 featured over 120 feature films, documentaries and shorts from Australia and internationally.
The Program Director is responsible for the artistic vision of the festival, drawing together a program of work that is a celebration of the LGBTQI+ community’s diversity and a reflection of its evolving journey.
