CinefestOZ CEO Cassandra Jordan said that the two-day program, which runs September 5 to 6 and features presentations, discussion panels and workshops, will focus on learning from respected industry leaders and spotlighting creative successes for the future growth of the Western Australian and national film industry.

“We are fortunate to have multiple industry leaders giving their time to share their knowledge to help the development and growth of the industry,” Ms Jordan said.

“Running alongside the CinefestOZ Film Festival, the Industry Program also provides interstate and international delegates the opportunity to meet our local filmmakers and scope the destination for potential future film locations and productions.

“This event comes at an exciting and important time for Western Australia as we see more films produced in the State, and the development of the new Perth Film Studios.”
