Box Office Report: February 9 – 12, 2023

As predicted last week, Avatar 2 has finally been displaced from the top spot, with Magic Mike's Last Dance getting audiences of a certain demographic into cinemas, especially through initiatives such as Chicks at the Flicks, etc. The 3D re-release of Titanic drew strong numbers, at a premium price point, which would have helped, but overall, the numbers were quite disappointing across the board this weekend, signalling near empty cinemas for most sessions.
