Box Office Report: 28 – 31 March 2024
No one stood a chance this weekend against 2 mammoth franchises in one, specifically Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire. The arrival of Kung Fu Panda 4, and the continued success of Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, Wicked Little Letters, and especially Dune: Part 2, which maintained its screen average despite dropping by 100 screens, and Anatomy of a Fall, which actually increased its haul from last weekend, saw box office up more than 50% on last weekend.
