This week’s new releases – 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple, Hamnet, No Other Choice, David and Grow – couldn’t budge the dominance of December releases Avatar: Fire and Ash, The Housemaid and Zootopia 2. In fact, if you added all of those 5 new titles’ takings, it wouldn’t exceed that of Avatar or The Housemaid. The stage is set for Timothée Chalamet and ping pong – will the underdog Marty Supreme change the top 3’s dominance? We wouldn’t be betting on it.
