The financial magazine, Business Review Weekly, has just released its annual 2016 Young Rich List, and along with a bunch of cashed up arseholes that we couldn’t give two shits about, there are also a few notables from the entertainment industry on there. Feel free to hit pop star, Sia Furler, up for a loan, as she’s estimated to be worth a whopping $32 million, while clothes horse and affirmation spruiker, Miranda Kerr, is equally ripe for a Kim Kardashian-style heist with an impressive $32 million hidden under her bed.
The only players from the film world on the list are man-of-the-moment and pumped up Bulldogs fan and Thor star, Chris Hemsworth, who has ridden the Marvellous lightning to the tune of $28 million, some of which we hope he drops into the guitar cases of a few buskers when he’s strolling around his current home town of Byron Bay. The God Of Thunder’s only actorly rival on the list is perennial knockabout, Sam Worthington, who has clocked up a tidy $26 million, despite not having headlined a major movie in ages. We can only assume that he’s already banked his pay cheques for the upcoming fourteen Avatar sequels.
Anyway, congratulations all…we truly, truly wish that we were as rich as you.
