Whoever Was Using This Bed Racks Up More International Acclaim

Andrew Kotatko's Carver adaptation has scored four new awards.

Andrew Kotatko’s short film Whoever Was Using This Bed continues to win accolades on the international circuit, and has just been accepted into its 45th festival.

Starring Radha Mitchell and Jean-Marc Barr, and adapted from the short story by Raymond Carver, the film charts a night of discussion and emotional dissection between a married couple after they are awakened by a late phone call.

The film won the 2016 AFI AACTA Social Shorts Award for Best Drama and has gone on to garner nine awards from 19 nominations at various festivals and events, with the latest being Grand Jury Prize and Best Picture at Baretower Forge World Film Competition, and Best Short Feature and Best Director at  the Cinalfama Lisbon International Film Awards.
