Featuring a young cast that could have come straight out of a Tomorrow When the War Began episode, and a plotline that wouldn’t be out of place in a Spielberg production, co-writer/editor/director/producer Glenn Triggs’ movie, The Comet Kids has just released a trailer that they are calling ‘unofficial’, though it would put to shame many of the trailers that accompany Australian films.
The film is scheduled for release in December, so they better get cracking on the official trailer, however, for the moment this nostalgic looking adventure movie is one that we will be eagerly anticipating, and hoping that it will tap into the family market like recent Australian films such as Paper Planes and Red Dog.
