The Brisbane Indie Film Festival is proud to announce its return for 2025, set to take place on 6:30 pm January 11th 2025, at New Farm cinemas.

This year’s festival promises an exciting lineup of emerging and established filmmakers from Queensland, Australia and around the globe, showcasing groundbreaking independent films that push the boundaries of storytelling, creativity, and visual artistry.
The festival aims to celebrate genres with awards given in each category. Brisbane Indie FF provides a platform for independent filmmakers, offering them an opportunity to share their unique perspectives with an engaged and passionate audience.
