In High Life, rising Aussie star Odessa Young (The Daughter, Looking for Grace) plays Genevieve, a sensible, creative and overachieving 17-year-old student who experiences an unexpected crisis which she soon discovers is  her first manic episode of bipolar disorder.

Benson Jack Anthony (800 Words, Cleverman), Luke Pegler (Hacksaw Ridge), Brendan Donoghue (Blackrock, The Square), Paul Gleeson (Rake, Love Child) and Madeleine Madden (Around the Block, The Code) co-star in what is being described as “…a comedic and heartfelt look at bipolar disorder.”

The six part series is the follow-up to director Luke Eve’s award-winning Low Life, and is executive produced by Golden Globe nominee and positive mental health advocate Stephen Fry (Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, Black Adder), written by Glen Dolman (Hawke, The Mystery of a Hansom Cab), and features an original soundtrack by Sarah Blasko.
