The Made in Melbourne Film Festival, aka MIM, has wrapped for 2016. This year was the biggest MIM so far, with six nights, five different venues, thirteen separate sessions, over seventy films screened and more than a thousand people in attendance, amply demonstrated the talent and passion for film in the city. The works on show were certainly of a high calibre, causing the judges no end of headache and heartache as they winnowed the program down for the awards slate, which is as follows:
