The merry crew at Filmink have added a new string to their bow with the launch of an ongoing podcast, The Films That Changed My Life.
Each week host – and Filmink publisher – Dov Kornits will invite a guest into the recording booth to talk about the movies that shaped them, as well as their overall careers. The inaugural guest is the incomparable John Brumpton, currently starring in the instant classic Pawno, while the coming weeks will see a veritable slew of entertainment luminaries in the hot seat, including Marrick Watts, Snowtown screenwriter Shawn Grant, playwright and actor Reg Cribb, actress Celeste Barber, the Umbilical Brothers, actress Hayley McCarthy, director Scott Hicks, and the ubiquitous Damon Herriman.
The Films That Changed My Life is produced by Leslie Morris and recorded by John Hresc at Sydney Sound Brewery, with music by Jason Fernandez. Subscribe via iTunes, Soundcloud, Stitcher, or the podcatcher of your choice.
