Writer, photographer, filmmaker, Hyun Lee’s 6-minute short film Asian Girls, produced by Hannah-Florence Macgregor and EP’ed by Aquarius Films (Lion, Berlin Syndrome) looks like a total headfuck, and uniquely stylish for an Australian film.
Made in June last year with the help of Screen NSW Generator: Emerging Filmmakers Fund, the horror short is about a Chinese factory worker who lives alone and suffers from horrific nightmares involving a Japanese office lady who lives next door.
