Ariyon Bakare’s astronaut scientist comes to grips with a strange alien creature found on the arid surface of Mars in this new clip from the upcoming SF thriller, Life.
We knew this scene was coming, right team? It’s a damn shame the film seems to cleaving to the old “black dude dies first” trope, though. As Ryan Reynolds, Jake Gyllenhall, and Rebecca Ferguson look on, Bakare probes a little starfish-lookin’ critter – and the critter probes back, with painful results.
What happens next? Good question.. Let’s hope they don’t do that whole “alien zombie” thing, though – that wrinkle’s looking a bit tired these days.
