Wes Anderson specialises in creating exquisite, self-contained little worlds in his films, and he’s such a dab hand at it that he can do it in the three-minutes-and-change that comprises this seasonal short he knocked together for clothing retail giant H&M, which sees Adrien Brody’s hangdog conductor step up when a trainful of passengers are not going to make it home in time for Christmas. It’s, well, it’s beautiful.
