Sigourney Weaver, slayer of aliens, sacrificer of teenagers, mentor of Hotlzmann, will be the big bad that brings together Marvel’s street level heroes. It was announced at New York Comic Con that Weaver will play the villain in The Defenders, squaring off against Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Luke Cage (Mike Colter) and Iron Fist (Finn Jones).
