With the Melbourne International Film Festival in full swing, box office was down slightly this weekend, with no (non-Asian) new release impressing. Something else that is notable is the disappointing result for Australian (with American accents) body horror Together, which is approaching $20m in the US, but will barely make it to $1.2m in Australia, well below the usual 10% barometer that is usually used for cinema releases between the territories.
