In a couple years’ time, when you’re having a laff at the local pub’s trivia night and the host asks you which film made more money at the Australian box office, Dangerous Animals or The Salt Path, will you guess that it’s the latter by 5x? Or that 28 Years Later would earn in one week almost as much as 28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later combined earned in their lifetimes? One thing that you may be able to score a drink voucher for is when you write down that Elio will turn out to be one of the least successful Pixar movies ever at the box office. Until they make a live action version and cash in, of course.
