So yes, The Sea Hawks savaged The Patriots, but for many punters, the real action at Superbowl happened at half-time (Bad Bunny, respect), and in the ad breaks, when a host of major movie trailers dropped. One of the biggest (outside of Minions & Monsters) was unquestionably the new, longer look at Steven Spielberg’s Disclosure Day, which is thankfully not a belated sequel to the shithouse Michael Douglas-Demi Moore sexual harassment flick Disclosure, but rather the feted director’s return to the world of aliens and sci-fi, in which he triumphed with Close Encounters Of The Third Kind and ET and performed with far less grandeur in War of the Worlds. Continuing with his current deal to feature in every movie released, Brit everywhere-man Josh O’Connor stars alongside Emily Blunt’s ever curiously evolving face and ham-of-the-moment Colman Domingo in what looks to be a big, bold look at first contact.
