This is a 96-minute feature documentary which explores the modern pursuit of happiness, and why it’s making us more miserable. It features experts like Prof Sonja Lyubomirsky, Prof Felice Jacka and the late Dr Wallace J Nichols (his last on air interview), alongside deeply personal stories.
We also created the Live Happiness Index (www.livehappinessindex.com). It’s a real-time snapshot of what happiness looks like to people around the world in 3 words. It’s designed to drive engagement and makes a strong talking point.
