Screen Queensland has announced a bevy of producers, commissioners, investors and screen creatives taking to the stage for In the Frame: Screen Queensland Practitioners Forum on Wednesday 7 October.
Exploring the theme The Future Starts Here, the one-day event at State Library of Queensland brings a fresh focus on helping practitioners build sustainable, future-ready screen careers.
Jacqui Feeney, Screen Queensland CEO said that In the Frame: Screen Queensland Practitioners Forum has become a must-attend annual event for practitioners and screen businesses in both South East and Far North Queensland.
“This year’s Brisbane program explores the key elements currently shaping the sector, with an eye firmly on the future, panellists will dive into creative entrepreneurship, financing and IP, what gets projects the green light and how Queensland screen practitioners and businesses can best position themselves for the opportunities to come.
“In the Frame offers a full day of practical insights, real-world experience and honest conversations about building a successful, long-term career in screen and we look forward to connecting with local practitioners and industry leaders about how we can seize this moment to be future-focused and ambitious for our industry’s potential.”
