In response to receiving the Screen Well Award for Organisation of the Year, NIDA said:

“Thank you, Screen Well for this wonderful recognition. This award acts as a reminder for us at NIDA and the wider industry to continue to strive for a positive mental health culture, and to shift the practice and attitudes of future artists to continue to strengthen and improve mental health outcomes in our Entertainment Industry. We proudly accept this award and will use it as momentum to continue to create and improve wellbeing processes.”

In response to receiving the Screen Well Award for Production of the Year, Lingo Pictures said:

“Lingo Pictures would like to thank our amazing writers, directors, cast and crew, SBS, ITV Studios, Screen Australia and Screen NSW for supporting the production ethos behind Erotic Stories. Curiosity, arousal and human connection sit at the heart of this transgressive series and we’re incredibly proud of having made this project with our team’s mental and cultural safety front-of-mind.”

How were the recipients determined?

Nominations for the Screen Well Awards were either self-submitted or nominated by a third party.  Each submission provided details and supporting documentation based on its category’s criteria. The submissions were then scored by the judges independently to retain objectivity and were based solely on the information provided. The highest overall score for each category determined the award recipient.
