The Chosen: Last Supper is on track to become one of the most watched series in the world, with 900 million episode views, and counting.

It is also the number ONE trending video on YouTube today, as of Fri Feb 21.

Creator/executive producer Dallas Jenkins and star Jonathan Roumie revealed The Chosen: Last Supper (Season 5) key art in Times Square, New York on February 14, with portraits photographed by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz.

Shot in cinematic format, The Chosen: Last Supper features Holy Week, the most pivotal week in history, and will debut with a special theatrical release coming to international cinemas beginning April 10.

Beginning April 10, The Chosen: Last Supper Part One will roll out theatrically in over 40 global territories across South America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Africa, including red-carpet premiere events in Brazil, Spain and Mexico.

A premiere event will also be held in Sydney, Australia on Monday March 24 from 6pm at Hoyts Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park, Sydney, with Australian actor George Xanthis (who plays John in The Chosen: Last Supper) in attendance.

The Chosen: Last Supper is distributed by Fathom Entertainment in the U.S. and by Faith Media in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

Later in 2025, the season will make its streaming debut. In fact, in news just in, Amazon Prime Video has landed exclusive U.S. streaming rights to The Chosen, as part of a new wide-ranging deal between series producer 5&2 Studios and Amazon MGM Studios, which also includes a theatrical release component for the next two instalments of the hit series about the life of Jesus Christ, played by Jonathan Roumie.*
