Filmology Features first production under the new banner is the highly anticipated dark comedy, Dead Guy starring Michael Shannon, Eva Longoria, Luis Guzman, Judy Greer and Rory Culkin.
Dead Guy revolves around a comically grim scenario where an abrasive old man’s death leads to his body being secretly shuffled among his neighbours, each hoping to evade connection to his demise.
Global film and television financier Filmology Finance’s recent feature film releases include the Luke Evans crime thriller 5lbs of Pressure, the Diane Keaton-helmed comedic gem Arthur’s Whisky, and the whimsical comedy Nandor Fodor and the Talking Mongoose starring Simon Pegg and Minnie Driver. Upcoming releases include Aaron Eckhart’s adrenaline-fueled spy thriller Chief of Station, Kit Harington’s spine-chilling horror What Remains of Us and the Guy Pearce, DeWanda Wise & Tim Roth supernatural thriller Killing Faith.
D.J. McPherson, co-founder of Filmology Features, expressed her excitement about the new company, “We’re incredibly excited about the upcoming slate we’ve been crafting at Filmology Features. The depth and diversity of the projects we’re developing are truly inspiring. We can’t wait to unveil them to the world and share the thrilling narratives we believe will captivate and resonate with audiences globally.”
