Dendy Cinemas Canberra is set to revolutionise the moviegoing experience just in time for Christmas with the world’s most immersive film experience when the new IMAX® theatre opens to the public on December 19.
The theatre will feature IMAX with Laser technology, a next generation laser projection and multi-channel sound system exclusive to IMAX theatres. IMAX with Laser is immersive by design, developed from the ground-up to deliver crystal clear, lifelike images and precision audio for a moviegoing experience unlike anything else. The Red Carpet will be rolled out for the first time when Dendy’s IMAX opens on Tuesday December 17 from 6:00pm with the exclusive ACT Premiere of Disney’s MUFASA: THE LION KING with special guests and VIPs getting the first chance to experience the custom cinema.
