Box Office Report: 9 – 12 May 2024

It was a solid weekend at the box office for ape-led blockbusters and star-driven vehicles, and a mysterious bounce in earnings for Wicked Little Letters, which dropped out of the top 20 last weekend. However, despite all of the acclaim, Housekeeping for Beginners stalled in week 1 and a remastered Les Mis was a disappointment on 100+ screens.
