Box Office Report: 11 – 14 January 2024
Yes, it probably should have been released on Boxing Day, but The Holdovers still opened warmly for a film that will stick around until Oscars time (10 March, to save you checking). Mean Girls, meanwhile, trampled the competition, even without telling audiences that it's a bloody musical in the trailers! That and word of mouth should see Wonka back in the top spot in no time.
