Box Office Report: March 30 – April 2, 2023
The beginning of the school holidays (in Queensland) didn't help Dungeons & Dragons - or Shazam!, which is looking like a colossal flop for a superhero movie - topple John Wick, which continues its reign at the top of the box office this weekend. Who said that people don't like long movies? Meanwhile, Cannes winner Broker opened softly, reinforcing the challenges facing arthouse foreign language fare at the cinemas.
