British filmmaker Richard Raymond’s impressive 19-minute short film touches on a topic that has fascinated filmmakers of late, from Moorhead and Benson’s The Endless to Victoria Thaine’s local short The Kingdom of Doug, the concept of cults and the search for meaning in the world, is ripe territory for storytelling.
