Bid big. Give back.
The Silent Auction for the Motion Picture Industry Benevolent Society (MPIBS) – our screen industry charity – returns to the Australian International Movie Convention for 2026, and this year’s line-up is our biggest yet: more than 45 money-can’t-buy experiences, private screenings, film premieres, film festivals, industry access, signed collectibles, one fabulous fridge and lots of irresistible ice-cream!
Bidding is open now and closes live on the final night of the Convention at The Star Gold Coast: Thursday 29 October at 9pm AEST (10pm AEDT).
The MPIBS provides vital financial assistance to cinema industry colleagues who, through difficult circumstances, need a helping hand.
Every dollar raised goes to a film industry colleague facing hardship, so please bid generously – you could make a real difference to someone in need.
Registering takes a mere moment and you’ll be ready to bid the moment the auction opens. Register now so you don’t miss out
