John Cena is a movie action star turned US president who teams up with UK Prime Minister Idris Elba in director Ilya Naishuller’s (Hardcore Henry, Nobody) in this self-aware caper that harks back to the ’90s charm of the golden era of buddy action comedies (hopefully The Last Boy Scout and not Men in Black or Bad Boys) according to Prime Video’s presser. Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Carla Gugino, Jack Quaid, Stephen Root, Sarah Niles, Richard Coyle and Paddy Considine also star.
