“From the mind of Rian Johnson”— that’s a phrase that should get anyone excited, especially those who love quirky mysteries. After Benoit Blanc, who could resist a new (accidental) detective, Natasha Lyonne, driving her Plymouth Barracuda across the US and solving crimes as she goes?
Natasha Lyonne heads the cast as Charlie – a woman who can tell when anyone is lying. Using the mystery of the week formula, she will be joined by a host of co-stars and guest stars including Adrien Brody, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Benjamin Bratt, Judith Light, Lil Rel Howery, Chloë Sevigny, Jameela Jamil, Stephanie Hsu (Everything Everywhere All at Once), Ellen Barkin, Cherry Jones, Nick Nolte and Australia’s own Danielle MacDonald. We could keep going because the roster of talent is extraordinary, but like Rian, we’ll keep some of it under our hat. Don’t want to show the hand too early!
