The Apple Original series stars Hailee Steinfeld as the 19th century American poet Emily Dickinson, but with a modern twist. Created by Alena Smith, and co-starring Jane Krakowski, Toby Huss, Anna Baryshnikov, Ella Hunt and Adrian Blake Enscoe, one big giveaway as to what to expect is that David Gordon Green (Eastbound & Down, Vice Principals) is listed as director of the pilot.
