Generate Crew has announced that applications are now open for a paid Generative VFX trainee attachment on a high-profile production shooting in Sydney for a streaming service.
The Generative VFX Attachment is one of five paid placements Generate Crew is delivering across the production to embed emerging screen talent into core departments and build credits on a major production. The production details are still under wraps, but it would be an excellent credit on any CV.
Bridging physical set operations with post-production, the hybrid role offers hands-on exposure to generative visual effects, backed by a tailored skills development plan and wraparound support.
This entry-level opportunity prioritises strong organisational skills, spreadsheet proficiency, and Photoshop literacy over past film experience. We’re seeking candidates who are eager to learn generative VFX and post-production workflows.
