The as-yet-untitled third Wolverine film is allegedly Hugh Jackman’s last stab at the razor-clawed mutant. The hot word is that it’ll be a take on Mark Millar’s popular Old Man Logan storyline (albeit a very different one, given that the comic is filled with characters that Fox doesn’t have the rights to). The film reunites Jackman with his director on The Wolverine, James Mangold, plus his frequent X-Men co-star, Patrick Stewart, once again returning as powerful telepath Charles Xavier.
And that, apart from the fact that it’s going to be a US R (equivalent to our MA15+) festival of violence, is all we know. Except this: once shooting wrapped the other day, Jackman saw fit to record the shaving of the iconic Wolverine muttonchops for posterity, posting the resultant video to his Twitter account. Behold:
