Noted character actors Basil Hoffman (The Artist, Ordinary People) and Roger Ward (Mad Max, Turkey Shoot) have committed to appear in Are You Scared Yet?, an upcoming thriller from Local Legends Entertainment, StartFast Productions and Samera Entertainment.
Based on actual events, the film centres on a terrifying home invasion. It will shoot in Nevada some time in 2017. Dane Millerd (There’s Something In The Pilliga/Half Human) will write and direct.
“Basil Hoffman and Roger Ward have made nearly 200 movies between them and have appeared in some of cinema’s most classic films,” said Samera Entertainment chief Sharry Flaherty. “We are ecstatic to have them both involved and they will bring plenty to the table. It is another endorsement for our strong team and our solid script and we can’t wait for production to begin.”
