Imagine. On shelves January 7.
Undead is a riot, and is certainly not a film to be pontificated over by critics. Rather it's a full-bore piece of horror-schlock silliness which will be hugely enjoyed by self-selecting late night audiences. It's a first time effort from two Brisbane lads, namely the self-styled Spierig Brothers. It's the sort of thing where you strap the camera to a pram and rush about, cast your out of work mates in the lead roles, order up a tanker-load of fake blood and let your understanding of the horror-zombie genre do the rest. Think Evil Dead or early Peter Jackson and you won't be far wrong. Undead is gory, pointless and delightful. Need we say more?
