When a Joint operation between the CIA and MI6 leaves five British agents dead, Ross (Randy Couture), leader of the ill-fated mission is virtually retired by the CIA. Upon hearing that terrorist group The Tribe, who were responsible for his previous disastrous mission, will be targeting wealthy industrialist Bruce Lieb (Craig Fairbrass), Ross decides to settle the score. On-board Lieb's private 747, Ross finds himself in the middle of a hijack as The Tribe hold Lieb for ransom. But as Ross battles it out with the hijackers he discovers another, more sinister game in play.

What makes Hijacked stand out is truly the cast, or rather miscast. Honestly, you couldn't make this many bad choices by accident. As if having Vinnie Jones and Randy Couture as spooks wasn't unbelievable enough, Craig Fairbrass would be better suited to selling dodgy motors in the East-End rather than multi-billion-dollar finance. But without a doubt Dominic Purcell as Otto, Lieb's Australian head of security, steals the show with his ridiculous moustache. Hijacked is actually almost worth watching if only to witness the debacle unfold on screen.
