"A ubiquitous, beguiling weirdo, Joffa is warm and funny playing himself..."

An icon and an industry unto himself, Collingwood mega-fan Jeff "Joffa" Corfe stars in this mockumentary from writer / director Chris Liontos.  A ubiquitous, beguiling weirdo, Joffa is warm and funny playing himself, and his offsider Shane McRae (also a writer) manages a fine showing as a burdensome, idiot friend.

In a nutshell, Joffa: The Movie follows the boys as they try their hands at landscaping and business management, get under the skin of Father Bob (in a hilarious turn), go to matches and in a finale that recalls this film's most evident reference, Kenny, head overseas to see a Celtic FC match in Glasgow.

With apologies to Carlton supporters, Joffa is a legend, as dedicated to his causes (Epilepsy Foundation, RecLink, indigenous services) as he is to the Pies. And, in many ways, this proves just another project in which to spruik for the deserving and disadvantaged amongst us.

The disc has numerous special features including a message from Joffa to all opposition fans, bloopers, a commentary by Joffa and Shane with the director, and a few featurettes.
