“Not worth your time…”

Following on from the violent clash at the end of Green Street Hooligans, peripheral GSE members Dave (Ross McCall), Keith (Luke Massy) and Ned (Nicky Holender) find themselves banged up. But any thoughts of doing their bird quietly quickly goes out of the window when soccer mad Governor Tankersley (Vernon Wells), decides to move them in with their sworn enemies Millwall. As the lads try to stay alive things go from bad to worse as they are forced to play in a brutal five-aside tournament with the chance of winning early parole.

Green Street Hooligans 2 is neither a great film about soccer hooligans nor a great film. Although supposed to be set in England it's clearly filmed in America and the cast have some of the worst cockney accents since Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins. Not worth your time, watch The Firm (releasing July 13) instead.
