'Tomorrow' When The Single Released!

Tuesday 31st August marks the day the new track ‘Tomorrow’, written especially for the film TOMORROW, WHEN THE WAR BEGAN, will be available to purchase on iTunes!

‘Tomorrow’ was written by Nic Cester (Jet) and Tim Rogers (You Am I) in conjunction with the film's composers Johnny Klimek & Reinhold Heil and is performed by Nic Cester, Davey Lane (You Am I) & Kram (Spiderbait).

The film’s Producer Andrew Mason said, “The production realised early that a strong
anthem was required as the wrap up for TOMORROW, WHEN THE WAR BEGAN.”

“Nic Cester and Johnny Klimek discussed the idea for the song back in January 2010, but it wasn't until late March 2010 when Nic saw a cut of the film that he then brought in Tim Rogers to work on the lyrics and 'Tomorrow’ was born!"

The song ‘Tomorrow’ is available to purchase via the ‘TOMORROW, WHEN THE WAR BEGAN’ podcast site http://itunes.apple.com/au/podcast/tomorrow-when-the-war-began/id389465715 in the first instance, but will be available across other online music stores by the end of the week.

Stuart Beattie, whose screenwriting credits include 'Australia', 'Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl' and 'Collateral', wrote the screenplay and makes his directorial debut on ‘TOMORROW WHEN THE WAR BEGAN’.

TOMORROW, WHEN THE WAR BEGAN is in cinemas from September 2nd.
