Want a return flight to the Cannes film festival [or an international screen market of your choice], $1500 spending money and recognition from the screen industry?

STEP 1
Enrol in Intensive Pitch Workshop 31 Jul
Have an idea for a screen project and are wondering if it has legs, then this opportunity is not to be missed. Book now and hone your skills with industry experts. The Workshop will take you through the essentials of pitching your project to the people who matter.

STEP 2
Be one of ten finalists chosen to Pitch at the Metro Screen Pitching Competition on 28 Sep by appyling today [deadline for submissions 09 Aug]. Prizes presented at this event are detailed below and include the winner taking home $3,500 worth of hire and post production services from Metro Screen, free SPAA Fringe Conference rego and mentoring from Metro Screen in preparation for the national pitching comp. STEP 3
Represent Metro Screen and pitch with six fellow finalists at the SPAA Fringe Pitching Comp on Saturday 23rd October and win $1500 cash, plus move on to the final step…

STEP 4
Compete as one of only two finalists at the Holding Redlich Pitching Comp at SPAA Conference in mid November. The winner will receive an airfare to the Cannes Film Festival or a TV market in 2010/11 and a $1,500 cash prize plus free registration to SPAA 2011 Conference.
