Program Coordinator, Learning and Development
Full-time [Paddington, Sydney]
Metro Screen is looking for a highly motivated person to join our Learning & Development team.
Metro Screen is a production and training facility catering for screen practitioners in NSW. As a registered training organisation [RTO] Metro Screen offers accredited training, professional development workshops, industry seminars and skills development in film, TV, online and portable media.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for Metro Screen’s short courses as well as our part-time Certificate IV in Screen and Media. The Program Coordinator is actively involved in the development, design and smooth delivery of existing and new short course screen programs.
Applicants will have demonstrated skills in administration and project management and should be able to multi-task, prioritise and complete work to deadline. An understanding of the RTO environment or similar educational organisations is an advantage. As the primary contact for students and screen industry practitioners, the successful candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and present themselves in a highly professional manner. He or she will also ideally have hands-on experience in screen media, with relevant technical knowledge an advantage. The salary range is $40,000 - $47,000 plus superannuation and leave loading.
